In order to perform professional analysis of ESD problems, you need to have professional tools. Measuring waveforms of ultra-short ESD Events with home-made pieces of wire cannot withstand scrutiny of accuracy and repeatability. Measurements of very weak events such as ones important for the disk drive industry and sensitive semiconductors and flat-panel displays require high sensitivity that conventional passive antennae do not provide.

Miniature active radiated antennae have flat frequency response extending beyond 2GHz allowing accurate capture of the waveforms of broadband signals from ESD Events and other EMI sources. Interface module allows for connection of one more antenna for measurements of ESD Events in two locations simultaneously.
